Order support

For help with an order, include your order number and the email address or phone number used at checkout. Please describe the issue clearly so we can review it efficiently.

Order changes and cancellations

Message us as soon as possible. A change or cancellation can only be reviewed before courier pickup and is not accepted until Toetique confirms it. See Cancellation & Order Changes.

Returns, damage or defects

Return requests must be made within 5 days of delivery. Report a damaged, defective or incorrect item within 48 hours and include the order number plus clear photographs. See our Returns and Refunds Policy.

Studio enquiries

For studio, wholesale or collaboration enquiries, include your UAE location and a short overview. No partnership, availability or commercial term is confirmed until Toetique replies.
