About This Storefront

This UAE storefront is operated by Toetique Online Seller, Dubai, United Arab Emirates, for UAE customers and transactions in AED.

Using the Site

You may use this site only for lawful personal shopping and support enquiries. Do not interfere with the site, attempt unauthorised access, misuse forms, or submit false order or delivery information.

Products, Prices and Availability

Product names, photographs, available options, prices and availability are shown on the storefront in AED. Availability can change before an order is accepted. Toetique may correct an obvious listing, pricing, stock or order error before fulfilment and will contact the customer if a decision is required.

Orders and Acceptance

An order is a request to purchase. Toetique may need to confirm the order, delivery details, stock record or Cash on Delivery request before fulfilment. An order is accepted when Toetique confirms and prepares it for fulfilment.

Payment and Cash on Delivery

Prices and checkout are shown in AED. The available payment methods and any applicable charges are displayed before the customer confirms the order.

Cash on Delivery is available through Quiqup across all Emirates, for all products, with no maximum Cash on Delivery order value.

If a Cash on Delivery fee applies, its exact amount will be displayed clearly at checkout before the order is confirmed. No Cash on Delivery fee should be assumed from this policy.

Toetique will attempt to confirm a Cash on Delivery order within 24 hours. Confirmation is attempted first by WhatsApp and then by phone call if there is no response.

Delivery, Returns and Changes

The Shipping Policy, Returns and Refunds Policy, and any policy shown at checkout form part of these terms. Order changes or cancellations can only be reviewed before courier pickup.

Intellectual Property

The Toetique name, site copy, graphics and other brand materials may not be copied or used commercially without permission, except where applicable law allows.

Responsibility

Use products only for their intended purpose and follow any product instructions supplied. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits any right or responsibility that cannot legally be excluded under applicable UAE law.

Privacy

Personal information is handled under the Privacy Policy and Shopify checkout controls. Do not send unnecessary sensitive information through public forms or messaging.
