Cash on Delivery
Cash on Delivery is available through Quiqup across all Emirates, for all products, with no maximum Cash on Delivery order value.
If a Cash on Delivery fee applies, its exact amount will be displayed clearly at checkout before the order is confirmed. No Cash on Delivery fee should be assumed from this page.
Cash on Delivery Confirmation
Toetique will attempt to confirm a Cash on Delivery order within 24 hours. Confirmation is attempted first by WhatsApp and then by phone call if there is no response.
Refund Route
An approved refund for a Cash on Delivery order will be made by UAE bank transfer. Toetique will process an approved refund within 5 business days after the returned item passes inspection. Your bank may require additional processing time.
