Toetique currently delivers within the United Arab Emirates only, across all Emirates.

Free Standard UAE Delivery

Standard delivery is free across the United Arab Emirates, covering all Emirates.

Delivery Timing

Orders placed before 2:00 PM may be delivered on the same day where Quiqup coverage permits. Orders placed later are normally delivered the next day.

Delivery timings are estimates and depend on carrier coverage, customer availability, and circumstances outside Toetique’s reasonable control.

Coverage and Surcharge Locations

There are no advertised UAE location exclusions at launch. Delivery remains subject to Quiqup coverage confirmation.

If an address is outside normal coverage or requires an additional carrier surcharge, Toetique will contact the customer before dispatch. The order will proceed only after the applicable delivery arrangement is confirmed.

Failed Delivery, Re-delivery and Return to Origin

If delivery fails because the customer does not respond, provides an incorrect or incomplete address, or refuses the order, the customer is responsible for the actual re-delivery or return-to-origin charge applied by the carrier.

If delivery fails because of an error by Toetique or the courier, Toetique will cover the reasonable corrective delivery cost.
